Kris Kindrick

Director of Commercial

Mr. Kindrick joined EagleClaw in July 2018. Prior to joining EagleClaw, Mr. Kindrick spent the last 8 years working at Energy Transfer serving in a variety of commercial, marketing and business development roles. During this time, he served on the marketing and business development team for Energy Transfer’s portfolio of interstate assets, primarily focusing on long term capacity sales, supply development in the Permian and market development in the desert southwest region.

Most recently he managed the commercial and business development activities for Energy Transfer’s midstream assets in the Permian Basin. His duties consisted of managing the long term growth of both the Midland and Delaware Basin gathering and processing assets, which included commercial development, organic growth, M&A, capital improvement projects, joint ventures and day to day commercial operations.

Mr. Kindrick holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and a MBA from Rice University. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for The Monarch School and Institute, a non-profit school in Houston dedicated to serving children and young adults with neurological differences.
