West Texas is our home. We are serious about our responsibility to conduct operations in a safe and responsible manner, helping to protect our families, neighbors and the environment. Through reclamation and other programs that mitigate the surface impact of our operations, EagleClaw strives to leave the land better than we found it. We are always looking for opportunities to improve wildlife habitat and protect archaeological sites and open spaces.

We are registered with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and adhere to its guidelines for petroleum storage tanks, hydraulic fracturing, injection wells, and waste compliance.
EagleClaw follows the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s Best Practices for community outreach, helping to ensure the highest levels of environmental protection.
As part of the “811: Call Before You Dig” program, EagleClaw helps educate our neighbors about pipeline safety, and how to avoid striking underground pipelines, which is the leading cause of service disruptions, accidents, and pipeline failures. We also adhere to all PHMSA (Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration) guidelines.
EagleClaw is a member of TXOGA, the Texas Oil and Gas Association that promotes a robust oil and natural gas industry and advocates for science-based policies and free-market principles. TXOGA’s members account for more than 90 percent of all oil and natural gas produced in Texas and operate a vast majority of the State’s pipeline mileage and gas processing capacity.
