EagleClaw Midstream’s Chief Strategy Officer Anne Psencik spoke recently at the Women’s Global Leadership Conference In Energy event on a panel regarding compensation and pay issues for women in the energy industry (“The NPV of pay:  Employee Retention”).

She participated in a panel discussion regarding the wage gap and how to best retain talent in the energy industry. In addition the panel discussed the significant progress being made by European companies such as Shell and BP versus US based companies in energy.  The panel also discussed methods to close the wage gap and shared best practice examples of retaining female and minority employees.

Ms. Psencik has over 30- years of experience in the oil and gas industry, working for and with major midstream and upstream companies.  She holds a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.  She leads the long-term strategic planning team at EagleClaw Midstream.
