Jamie Welch | President & Chief Executive Officer
Jamie Welch serves as President & Chief Executive Officer of EagleClaw Midstream. Mr. Welch currently serves on the Board of Directors of Cheniere Energy Partners GP, LLC. Prior to joining EagleClaw Midstream, he was the Group Chief Financial Officer and Head of Business Development for the Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. (“ETE”) family from June 2013 to February 2016. Mr. Welch also served on the Board of Directors of ETE, Energy Transfer Partners and Sunoco Logistics from June 2013 to February 2016.
Before joining ETE, Mr. Welch was Head of the EMEA Investment Banking Department and Head of the Global Energy Group at Credit Suisse. He was also a member of the Investment Banking Division Global Management Committee and the EMEA Operating Committee. Mr. Welch joined Credit Suisse First Boston in 1997 from Lehman Brothers Inc. in New York, where he was a Senior Vice President in the global utilities and project finance group. Prior to that he was an attorney in New York with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a barrister and solicitor with Minter Ellison in Melbourne, Australia.
Steve Stellato | Executive Vice President | Chief Administrative and Accounting Officer
Steve Stellato serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative and Accounting Officer of EagleClaw Midstream. In this capacity, he oversees Human Resources, IT and Sustainability and Communications, in addition to Accounting, Tax and Insurance/Risk Management functions.
He has significant experience leading teams in accounting, finance, treasury, tax and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Steve has overseen investor relations, as well. He’s spent nearly one decade working in publicly traded Master Limited Partnerships (MLPs).
Most recently, Mr. Stellato served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of CST Brands and CrossAmerica Partners until 2017. He also serves as Vice President and Controller of Energy Transfer Partners, LP for six years. Prior to joining Energy Transfer, he was a Senior Manager with the public accounting firm KPMG LLP, where he focused on clients in the energy industry.
Mr. Stellato is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the CGMA designation, as well as a BBA in accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Matt Wall | Executive Vice President | Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Wall joined EagleClaw Midstream in July 2017. His industry experience has focused on midstream gas gathering/processing design and commissioning, as well as on operational support engineering. He is responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of EagleClaw Midstream’s measurement, gathering and processing facilities.
Most recently, Mr. Wall served as Manager of Engineering at Aka Energy Group LLC. His team of Engineers, GIS, CAD and Construction specialists were responsible for capital project design and execution as well as operational engineering support for the company’s midstream assets in northern Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas Panhandle Area and SE New Mexico.
Prior to Aka Energy, Mr. Wall was a Sr. Process Engineer at BCCK Engineering, responsible for process design and commissioning for company’s EPC projects. His career in midstream began as a Project Engineer at Southern Union Gas Services, where he performed design engineering and project management for expansion and operational projects. He also worked closely with commercial gas supply to provide various engineering evaluations for system expansions.
Mr. Wall received a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Texas Tech University.
Todd Carpenter | General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer
Todd Carpenter serves as General Counsel of EagleClaw Midstream. He has more than 25 years’ experience in all phases of commercial and international law, with representation in the energy, manufacturing and real estate industries. His specialties include M & A, energy law, commercial and financial transactions, real estate, information technology, international trade and compliance.
Most recently, Mr. Carpenter held several roles for the Energy Transfer group, including Associate General Counsel for Energy Transfer Partners, General Counsel for Regency Energy Partners and Penntex Midstream, and Manager of ETP’s LNG business. He also previously served as Associate General Counsel for Southern Union Company, Senior Counsel for Cooper Industries, and General Counsel for a private real estate and finance company in Tokyo.
Mr. Carpenter holds a BBA in Finance and a JD, both from the University of Texas in Austin.
Anne Psencik | Chief Strategy Officer
With over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Ms. Psencik has a proven track record of management and leadership in midstream business development, trading, and engineering and construction. Over the last three years, Ms. Psencik has run her own consulting business providing strategic development on midstream projects for Crestwood Equity Partners, Momentum Midstream and EagleClaw Midstream with primary focus in the Permian basin. At Crestwood she initiated and closed the Chevron Phillips Chemical demand-pull project in addition to the investment in EPIC. Prior to her role as owner in Psencik Consulting she started the Marketing and Midstream business at AEP-LP in Oklahoma City, where she negotiated over $3 billion in non-operated equity interest in midstream assets for AEP-LP. These midstream assets are currently known as Traverse Midstream. She also was a part of the executive team at TEJAS NGL, LLC, which negotiated the original conveyance of Shell midstream assets to Enterprise Products, LP. She has held positions as SVP Midstream Business Development Continuum Energy, LLC, Director of Midstream and Marketing AEP-LP, Manager of Business Development Harvest Pipeline, VP Commercial Development for Buckeye Pipeline Partners, VP of Gulf Coast Trading for Aquila, VP of Risk Management Natural Gas for Enterprise Products, LP, and VP of Marketing and Trading for TEJAS NGL, LLC.
Anne graduated from The University of Texas at Austin (1986) with a BS in Petroleum Engineering. Early in her career, Anne served as a Field Supervisor for Schlumberger in well logging, cementing and stimulation work, as well as designing and constructing pipelines at ConocoPhillips.
Trevor Howard | Vice President of Corporate Planning and Strategy
Mr. Howard joined EagleClaw Midstream in March 2020. His primary responsibilities include the research and underwriting, due diligence and structuring of investment opportunities at EagleClaw Midstream. Additionally, he manages the corporate forecasting for our business with our Commercial team, customers, financial sponsors and Upstream oil and gas consultants.
Prior to joining EagleClaw Midstream, Mr. Howard was an Analyst at Glenview Capital Management’s industrials long/short equities group and a Senior Associate at Blackstone’s energy private equity group where he was responsible for the structuring, monitoring and exiting of investments throughout North America. During his three years at Blackstone, he invested more than $6 billion of capital in energy midstream infrastructure and upstream oil and gas companies. Prior to joining Blackstone, he was an Analyst at Barclays in their Investment Banking Global Natural Resources group, where he worked on $12 billion in closed M&A transactions.
He holds a Masters in Professional Accounting and Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business.
Kris Kindrick | Vice President of Commercial
Mr. Kindrick joined EagleClaw Midstream in July 2018. Prior to joining EagleClaw Midstream, he spent eight years at Energy Transfer in a variety of commercial, marketing and business development roles. Mr. Kindrick served on the marketing and business development team for Energy Transfer’s portfolio of interstate assets, primarily focusing on long-term capacity sales, supply development in the Permian and market development in the desert southwest region.
Most recently he managed the commercial and business development activities for Energy Transfer’s midstream assets in the Permian Basin. He managed the long-term growth of both the Midland and Delaware Basins’ gathering and processing assets, which included commercial development, organic growth, M&A, capital improvement projects, joint ventures and day-to-day commercial operations.
Mr. Kindrick holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and a MBA from Rice University. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for The Monarch School and Institute, a non-profit school in Houston dedicated to serving children and young adults with neurological differences.
Tyler Milam | Vice President of Commercial
Tyler Milam serves as Vice President of Commercial of EagleClaw Midstream. Mr. Milam joined the EagleClaw Midstream team in August 2012, serving as Director of Engineering Services and later as Director of Commercial prior to being named Vice President of Commercial in 2019.
Prior to joining EagleClaw Midstream, Mr. Milam worked at BOPCO, L.P., supervising the drilling of vertical and horizontal wells in the Southern Delaware Basin in both Texas and New Mexico. Mr. Milam successfully drilled cost-effective wells by reducing downtime and utilizing a strategic balance between industry-standard practices and newly developing technologies. While at BOPCO, L.P., he also gained experience with various production methods, log interpretation and horizontal completion techniques.
Mr. Milam received a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas – Permian Basin. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas and is a past president of the Natural Gas Society of the Permian Basin as well as past vice president of the Permian Basin chapter of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers.
